A series of photos where the spice is rust - how all things rust, one way or another, there is beauty in the decay, and what might be ugly in the real world, takes on the image of beauty here.

All my photos are taken with my eyephone. It is a tool and with me most of the time. What better way to make use of that tool than to create some art play.

#rust #rustporn I haven’t posted something rusty here in a long time. My goal was to post 1000 images within a year, but I got sidetracked; honestly, I think I became preoccupied with instagram. That’s okay but I do not want to give up on my goal. Now, I’ll simply redefine it. The least I can do is stay on top of my rust photos.

#Rust and a possible future ~ In the year 2013, an alien space craft visited the third rock from star #9711a1: planet #3267a. Little organic material was found yet evidence suggested it had been in abundance until very recent. One canister was found in a field beside a carter, possibly a heavily populated area at one time. The canister was padlocked and heavily rusted. Inside, another door which was electronically sealed, revealed a refrigerated environment housing 22,006 test tubes each containing the male and female embryos of an equal number of different lifeforms. The aliens were intrigued but had seen it all before. Perhaps some day, they’d revisit planet #3267a and indulge their curiosity.
